Personality-Based, Strategic Career Consulting

Who We Serve?

We empower people-in-transition facing systemic barriers, limited resources, and unique challenges, including:

At-Promise Youth

At-promise youth often face unstable home environments, limited educational opportunities, and a lack of positive role models. These challenges hinder their skill development, networking, and confidence, making it difficult for them to secure employment.

Justice-Involved Individuals

Justice-involved individuals often encounter stigma, limited access to employment opportunities, and systemic barriers to workforce integration. These challenges can perpetuate cycles of poverty and recidivism.

Immigrants and Refugees

Immigrants and refugees frequently face language barriers, credential recognition issues, and cultural differences that limit their ability to secure employment at a living wage.

LGBTQ+ Individuals

At-promise youth often face unstable home environments, limited educational opportunities, and a lack of positive role models. These challenges hinder their skill development, networking, and confidence, making it difficult for them to secure employment.

Low-Income Individuals

Low-income individuals often lack access to quality education, professional development, and networks that facilitate upward mobility. They may be trapped in low-wage jobs with limited growth potential.

People with Disabilities

People with disabilities face significant barriers to employment, including discrimination, accessibility challenges, and a lack of accommodations in the workplace.

Single Parents

Single parents often juggle caregiving responsibilities, limited time for education or training, and financial constraints, making it difficult to secure employment that supports their families.

People Affected by Domestic Violence

Survivors of domestic violence may face emotional trauma, lack of financial independence, and gaps in employment history that hinder their ability to achieve economic stability.

Veterans Transitioning to Civilian Careers

Veterans transitioning to civilian careers often struggle with translating military experience into marketable skills, adapting to civilian workplace culture, and finding roles that match their expertise.

Displaced Professionals (Individuals Affected by Layoffs or Career shifts)

Displaced professionals often struggle with identity loss, outdated skills, and navigating rapidly changing job markets. They may face barriers to re-entry in industries impacted by technological advancements or economic downturns.

Foster Youth and Aged Out Foster Care Individuals

Foster youth and those aging out of the system frequently lack family support, access to higher education, and a stable financial foundation. These barriers can limit their ability to compete in the job market and achieve economic mobility.
